Shade Finder On Sephora Not Working. Recommending a medium shade just started happening to me recently, so it made me wonder if they tried to tweak their system and it's still. Do you find the shade finder tool from sephora finds a solid match? Foundation shade finder & shade tools. I tried just now in 3 different browsers (with no ad/script blockers) and i tried on mobile and the shade finder is indeed not. I'm having trouble with it accepting my photo and i've tried both. I tried using the shade finder for the specific tinted moisturizer im intrested in (saie) but instead it just doesnt find a shade for me. I’m trying to figure out my shade on products using your shade finder to try and buy a new product but its not working.
